After a physical warm up, A.A. Collective women, Anabelle Ussher, Dominique Elissa, Violet Atkinson, Olivia Suleimon, and Isabelle Impala were taken through tennis 101 from forehand, backhand and serving from the baseline to volley games, feed drills and rally's between doubles.
