Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeworld.com for Aje and AJE ATHLETICA.
Aje does not cover the cost of International Returns. We can create a DHL label for a flat rate of USD $25.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit.
SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased on mark down are eligible for an e-Boutique credit only.
PROMOTIONAL CODES OR FLASH SALE ITEMS
Full-priced items purchased during a promotion (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible to return for a full refund. Please note and duty, tax or customs fees are non refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty. All items purchased in the Aje Online Warehouse Sale are final sale.
WELCOME CODE
All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Aje does not cover the cost of International Returns. We can create a DHL label for a flat rate of USD $25. This cost will be deducted from your total return value. Once you have submitted your return request via our portal you will receive an email outlining next steps.
All International orders are sent via DDP, Aje does not refund duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are also nonrefundable, other than for an item received faulty.
You are welcome to return your parcel by using any secure shipping method. Clearly mark “Return Goods – Clothing” on the paperwork of your chosen carrier. Without this, you may be charged additional customs and duty fees. Please be advised Aje do not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit sent with private carriers.

JEWELLERY AND SHOES
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.
FAULTY RETURNS
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to customerservice@ajeworld.com.
If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
• The item/s were purchased from the Aje e-Boutique.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within twenty one (21) days from your delivery date.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
